I am trained to create and deliver bespoke ceremonies that truly reflect each unique love story.
I am passionate about creating opportunities for people to shake off the restrictions of conventional ceremonies and do what is right for them! I don't just celebrate difference, I do little happy dances too.
I am based in the lovely market town of Chorley in Lancashire (that's near to Manchester in case you're wondering!) but able to travel throughout the UK and abroad (why should Lancashire get to keep me all to itself!)
By booking a celebrant you are choosing a ceremony free from time, venue and content restrictions. Your celebration can look and feel however you want, and why shouldn't it!
But is it a 'proper' wedding? Well, it depends what you mean. I cannot legally marry you so you will need to arrange a visit to your local Registration Office separately if you want your marriage to be legally binding. But your wedding day with me will be just that...

I LOVE a celebration. In fact, I'm no stranger to weddings myself, having first said 'I do' to my husband at a pagan inspired ceremony in an inflatable church at Glastonbury before heading off to watch Amy Winehouse! We officially became man and wife on a Caribbean beach and have even renewed our vows with Elvis (he's alive!) in Vegas.
I love trying new things and say yes to new adventures, so I'm certain we'll have some common ground before we even meet. Whether snowboarding or trying my hand at stand-up comedy, travelling in my campervan or waving my hands in the air (like I just don't care) to my favourite tune, I approach everything with my own brand of infectious positivity and enthusiasm.
Free initial consultation:
I know that it’s really important that you find the right Celebrant for your ceremony, so before you commit to anything I will arrange a free virtual consultation where I can wow you with my sparkling personality and answer any questions you might have about my services.
If a ‘wedding’ isn’t your thing, then this is your opportunity to ask about your other options too such as a Civil Partnership Celebration Ceremony or a Commitment Ceremony.
Ceremony creation
Once I have gathered all the gorgeous details of your love story, I will gather lots of snacks and lock myself away in my office to begin crafting a bespoke and personalised ceremony that truly reflects who you are. This process will more than likely also involve me listening to your wedding songs on repeat and taking breaks to excitedly scroll through photos of your wedding venue. Once it’s complete, I will share the script with you to make sure you are happy with it and make any tweaks that might be needed before it is finalised.
Unlimited contact
Throughout the planning process, I'll maintain ongoing contact and schedule an additional virtual meeting to ensure that everything is ready for the big day. I understand the importance of coordination, so I'll also liaise with other suppliers if necessary, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience for you.

What’s your love story? Your vibe? Your vision? Once your booking is confirmed we will get together to start to plan out your unique ceremony. Whether you prefer an in-person meeting or a virtual chat, the meeting will be stress free and totally tailored around your needs.
Additional ceremony content
Choosing additional ceremony content is another exciting part of the overall planning process. I will help you explore symbolic actions, readings, music, and poetry that can add an extra touch of magic to your ceremony.
And if you need help creating your vows, just let me know. Whether you're looking for something traditional or offbeat, I can guide you through the options and help you make choices that truly reflect your personalities.
On the BIG DAY
During the planning process, we’ll get to know each other well so that on the day I’m a friendly face that you know you can trust.
Not only will I be there to deliver your ceremony with my own brand of enthusiasm and charm, but I’ll also be around beforehand to greet your guests, let your aunty Maureen know that she’s totally rocking her new wedding hat, have a quiet word with that guest who’s put their button hole in upside down and anything else that I deem necessary to make it a day to remember.
Once I’ve sent you both off back down the aisle with a big cheer from your guests, I’ll be on hand ready to act as an emergency confetti thrower and let you know how amazing your vows were!
I only book one ceremony a day so if timings slip a little it’s no problem. And I’ve had years of military training so if anything doesn’t go to plan for any reason, I’m brilliant at leaping into action to save the day with plan B, C or Z...whatever it takes to ensure that you can relax and enjoy every moment of your perfect day.
And if that’s not enough, I’ll even provide you with a souvenir script and ceremony certificate as a memento of your special day.
